The Thompson Brothers replaced our rotten crosstie retaining wall with a solid block wall. They ran into unanticipated problems along the way, but they stuck with it and got the job done. We are very pleased with their work, and we recommend them for your landscape construction needs. Good fellas.

Doug and Scott did a complete backyard renovation for my wife and I in 2021. The project started with replacing the pool deck at the far end of the pool and installing pavers over the top of the concrete pool deck. The dirt had settled and the concrete slab had cracked. After they removed the slab, they found that the soil was so soft, that the only way to make it work right was to dig down 6 feet to hard dirt and fill it in with gravel. We had only planned to go down about 6 inches. Of course about this time it decided to rain 12 inches in March. That was just the first of several project scope additions including: Hard Scaped Wall with columns Landscaping with many additional plants Landscape lighting Fire Pit New Top Soil Sod Re-sloping the yard so it drained correctly and, a dry creek bed with river rock Through out the complete project the brothers were always easy to work with and provided great insight on questions we had and we weren't sure what direction to go in. They were always on site working when they said they would be. They are excellent communicators, always keeping us informed about schedules and material deliveries. These guys are in high demand because they do great work, if you want to use them (and you should if you want the best craftsmanship) then call them early. They have projects lined up far in advance.

What a lovely group of guys! We hired them to do a paver patio with two retaining walls, and ended up adding a gravel and stone walkway. They also did a little landscaping as well. We had to wait a for a few months longer for them to start because of weather issues and people before us adding to their projects, but it was well worth it. They always made sure to let us know where we stood in the line of customers. They were professional, polite, and good at their jobs. The finished project exceeded our expectations! I would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

These guys were awesome! My yard was the ultimate challenge with poor drainage, standing water and we were unable to use it. They were able to transform the backyard, put in drainage pipes, sump pumps and redo my irrigation/sprinkler system to accommodate the reformed beds and slopes as well as ensuring my gutters drained out away from my home. They were able to do this in some limited space since we had a new pool installed. They were always kind, courteous and kept me updated along the way! I’m so happy, my dog is so happy to be able to run free in the backyard. My neighbors are even happy for me and have shared many compliments!! Thank you guys sooooo much!!!

We contacted several contractors to install new sod at out house.  Doug and Scott came out the same day and gave us a quote. They installed the sod, adjusted the sprinkler head and regrade the yard to help with water runoff.  We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work that Thompson Brothers Landscaping provided.
